With decades of experience in trauma-informed healing, somatic awareness, and group facilitation, JoYi brings a unique blend of soulful presence, irreverent honesty, and grounded wisdom to every space she holds. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about remembering who we are and making moment-to-moment choices that bring us home to peace. JoYi is a long-time student and teacher of Attitudinal Healing, integrating the Twelve Principles, the Group Guidelines, and the core tools of Intention, Attention, Meaning, Attitude, and Response into every layer of her work. Her approach is heart-centered and real, inviting people to move through fear, grief, and resistance with compassion and clarity—one breath, one awareness, one choice at a time.
