Welcome to The Practice Center! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.thepracticecenter.org), online courses, services, and any associated content provided through Thinkific. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
The Practice Center ("we", "our", or "us") provides educational resources, online courses, and community experiences focused on mindfulness, forgiveness, and attitudinal healing.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services (including enrolling in any Practice Series courses), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Use.
3. Course Access & Account Registration
To access our courses on Thinkific, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Access to the course materials is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments for courses are processed securely through Thinkific and Stripe.
All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on the checkout page of each course. In general, refunds are granted within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Practice Center, including text, video, audio, graphics, PDFs, and presentations, is owned by us and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any course materials without prior written permission.
Limited personal use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course materials for personal educational use only.
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
By participating in our courses and community spaces, you agree to:
Be respectful of other participants and their perspectives.
Maintain confidentiality of any personal experiences shared within community groups or forums.
Refrain from posting harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive content.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct, at our discretion.
7. Community Guidelines for Support Groups (If Applicable)
If you participate in a Practice Attitudinal Healing support group or any community interaction space, you agree to:
Honor the group's confidentiality agreements.
Practice deep listening and non-judgment.
Share from your own experiences and avoid offering unsolicited advice.
Respect group guidelines as provided by facilitators.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our courses and services are intended for educational and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.
While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees about the results you will achieve through participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Practice Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our courses or services if you violate these Terms, including misuse of content or disruptive behavior in the community. No refund will be issued in such cases.

We will notify users of significant changes by email (if subscribed) or by posting an announcement on our website and Thinkific platform.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
